Interim CFO

We are exclusively working on a role with a fast-growth, multi-site hospitality business looking for a CFO to lead on a successful sale. The business has been through various funding rounds and is looking to secure private equity backing to push through with the next stage of growth.

What you will be doing:

Ultimately, you will be running the sale process as the key point of contact for all financial aspects:

• Working closely with the CEO and existing investors during the sale process.
• Ownership of all finances but supporting a very high-quality Group FC with the day-to-day.
• Presenting to a number of potential PE houses and being the finance lead on the transaction.
• Post-acquisition support – bringing the finance function in line with the new PE ownership.

About you:

• ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified
• Experience working within multi-site hospitality (ideally PE backed)
• Lead or been heavily involved with an exit
• In line with the above, you will have private equity exposure (ideally having sold a business to PE in past roles)
• Ideally you will be available within 2 weeks
