Finance Manager job in London paying £75,000, financial reporting at this real estate investor and developer

Your new company
This real estate investor and developer has established its portfolio across the globe and partners with some leading real estate names on the various ventures. Their portfolio across EU and Americas has them currently undertaking some high-profile developments alongside asset management roles.

Your new role
This role will report into the FD and operates in quite a flat finance team structure. You'll be tasked with producing useful management information across the different projects and apply your financial modelling skills to appraise upcoming strategic decisions. You'll also have to get involved with IFRS statutory reporting and liaise with auditors at year end. A broad role, you'll also be tasked with FP&A and financial systems maintenance.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have completed your ACA or ACCA accountancy qualification whilst at an accountancy practice with a focus on auditing a range of clients. After taking a move out of practice, you will now have experience of working in a company with fundamental financial and management reporting responsibilities. Ideally you will have a knowledge of the real estate investment and/or development that will support your ability to provide strategic insights. Strong Excel modelling capabilities will be required on a daily basis, and you will have natural communication skills, energy and charisma to fit into this high calibre environment.
