Communicate are partnering with a well known blue chip company in their search for a Divisional Finance Director to be based primarily out of Norfolk. This business unit has been a stable, strong provider of group revenue over the years, and is a critical element of the company's corporate strategy moving forwards.
Reporting into the Group CFO, and partnering the Divisional MD, this division will equate to c. 25% of group turnover and it is required that anyone applying has had prior P&L ownership in excess of £100-150 m. The business is seeking an individual with first class management and communication skills with a self driven style of operation, who can deliver change and transformation with the support of the Group CFO.
Requirements:
- ACA/ACCA/CIMA Qualified with significant PQE
- Background spent in Blue Chip / PLC environments
- Ideally a B2B focussed sector background
- Excellent senior stakeholder management and communication skills
