SF Recruitment is currently recruiting for a Credit Control Clerk on an initial 6 month Maternity Cover in Burton-Upon-Trent for a highly established business. You will benefit from working for an exciting business, working in a busy accounts department.
The successful Credit Controller will be responsible for
- Proactively contacting customers via phone & email to collect payments.
- Processing credit/debit card payments.
- Working as a team to resolve complex account queries.
- Support Credit Control Manager as needed.
- General administration tasks.
- Liaising with members of other departments within the business.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an outgoing individual that enjoys interacting with a range of clients and is confidently able to resolve a range of issues that arise on a daily basis. Previous Credit Control experience is essential, as is a good working knowledge of Excel. An excellent telephone manner and the ability to build relationships is vital, as are excellent communication and written skills. A 'can do' attitude is imperative, the ability to speak other languages would be advantageous but is not essential
