Our client is an international technology business, based near St Albans, is seeking an Interim Financial Controller for a period of 3-6 months initially.
You will have responsibility for maintaining integrity and accuracy of financial records in accordance with local GAAP and IFRS.
You will support the monthly and quarterly accounting closing process, and ensure compliance with statutory requirements and work with local management to ensure that processes and controls are established, robust and adhered to.
Candidate Profile:
- Qualified accountant (preferably from a practice background)
- Strong recent experience in preparing annual statutory accounts
- Able to communicate with various stakeholders (French language skills beneficial)
- Experience within a large matrix international organisation
