Working closely with the Head of Audit of this leading Insurance group you will be acting as the subject matter expert for providing assurance input into major change initiatives, including major projects/programmes and business change target operating model.

- You will be able to demonstrate experience of managing senior key stakeholder relationships across change, project and programme environments.
- Experience of contributing to Internal audits reporting to Boards and Board committees on conclusions from change related audits and the changing risk profile across the group.
- Able to direct, drive and deliver high quality risk-based audits across a wide portfolio of business change.
- Senior manager / Audit manager with significant industry and audit experience where you have effectively managed a variety of simultaneous change audits.
- Management / Development of a team, either directly or from a wider project / programme perspective
- Change, Project management and/or Internal Audit related professional qualifications will be highly beneficial in a role such as this. Examples being: CIA, MSP, APM, Prince2
