Permanent Finance Manager, near Bournemouth, £45-52,000 + great benefits. Broad role leading local team

Your new role
They require a hands on and technically competent Finance Manager, who will lead the month end process, including monthly balance sheet reconciliations & analysis, VAT returns, fixed assets, inter-company reporting and audit schedules. You will have 2-3 direct reports; overseeing the payables and receivables functions with more indirect reports. The job reports to the Group Financial Controller and you will be required to support them with ad hoc projects, reporting etc.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be a qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA, ACA or soon to qualify) with previous experience of people management. You will demonstrate a broad range of financial skills across financial and management reporting and have good analytical and IT skills, particularly Excel.
