Financial Analyst – Systems

Reporting to the Group Budgeting and Forecasting Manager the Financial Analyst – Systems​ will be instrumental in the development, maintenance and support of our financial planning system, Anaplan.

This role will specialise in delivering developments and enhancements within Anaplan in line with the group roadmap, to deliver more efficient, effective and timely financial planning. This will involve working with key stakeholders within finance and other senior managers across the wider business to understand our planning processes and how these can be built within Anaplan.

You will support the delivery of the system roadmap for Anaplan with clear timescales for key deliverables, including communication of the roadmap to the Financial Planning Steering Group and to all Anaplan users. This is a great opportunity for someone to really understand and enhance the group forecasting process whilst developing key skills in project management and systems development.

The role will also incorporate wider budgeting and forecasting responsibilities including long term planning, competitor analysis and forecasting currency requirements.

To be successful, you will be a qualified Chartered Accountant. Prior experience of developing within Anaplan or a similar planning system is essential. You should also have strong communication and project management skills as you will be working with senior members of the finance team and engaging across the wider business. You will be able to handle tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment and work constructively with others to deliver team goals. You will have the enthusiasm to learn and develop in a high-performance Finance Team.
