Finance Business Partner

Partner Financial are working with a leading Blue-Chip consumer business based in West London. The business has grown significantly over the years and have developed a global footprint in the market due to their customer focus and strong product offering.

The Finance Business Partner opportunity has been created within their Group team to support key management decisions through accurate and insightful analysis, modelling and reporting. Reporting to the Financial Controller, you will be responsible for challenging assumptions and producing scenario analysis on various projects across the business.

You will be developing relationships with key stakeholders across the business, including Finance, Treasury, Corporate Finance, Financial Planning and Analysis, Risk, Suppliers and the Auditors.

Key responsibilities:

• Producing financial models, challenging assumptions and scenario analysis on projects
• Supporting with the development of monthly forecasting and the annual finance and business plan
• Identifying financial risks within the group
• Supporting business case approvals and project tracking
• Reviewing hedging proposals and assessing the reporting and process impacts
• Developing the group cashflow forecasting process to support reliable currency exposure identification
• Reviewing treasury related disclosure notes in the annual report
• Preforming technical research, analysis and drafting technical papers on emerging technical accounting issues relating to treasury
• Business partnering with key stakeholders across the group
• Identifying and driving process improvements

The ideal candidate will be:

• ACA, ACCA, CIMA Qualified
• Analytical, with the ability to analyse, interpret and present financial and business data
• Ability to perform complex modelling to analyse financial feasibility of projects
• Highly inquisitive and organised with the ability to work on multiple pieces of work, with multiple deadlines
