FRS are delighted to be supporting an Accountancy Practice with the recruitment of an Accounts Senior. In addition to client-facing work - such as taking technical questions for regular clients, you will also be expected to undertake accounts preparation and review, as well as helping to train more junior members of staff. You will have at least 2 years’ experience working in a senior practice role and want to build a long term career with a firm.
The accounts role will include:
VAT return preparation
Accounts preparation
Management accounts
Corporation tax computations & CT600’s
Statutory accounts
Building and maintaining client relationships
Overseeing junior members of staff
Other duties in support of the practice as required
The successful applicant:
2+ years in a senior practice within an accountancy firm
ACA/ACCA Qualified
A highly effective communicator
Proven client management
Strong written and verbal communication
Experience Xero, Sage & QuickBooks is essential
