Listed consumer business based in central London require an experienced Interim M&A Project Manager for a short-term project.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the disposal project in terms of executing the deal
- Ensure all parties are kept on track with execution of key deadlines and action points
- Collect and manage data requests across the business
- Act as key operational liaison between external advisors and the board
Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Engineering or IT
- Significant experience in M&A focused activity; gained from the big 4 and/or in a Corporate Development or FD role (PE or listed)
- Experience of leading multiple disposal projects to completion
- Demonstrable analytical skills, combined with the ability to lead and manage in complex business environments
