About the role
Reporting to the Finance Operations Manager you will lead a small specialist team that is responsible for the record to report financial process. In this role you will also manage the organisations technical accounting and the response to any changes in the business and/or accounting standards. You will work closely with senior stakeholders as well as support, develop and coach a small team. You will also be exposed to projects, process improvements and ad-hoc accounting queries in this broad position.
About you
You will be a qualified accountant with experience in Financial Accounting or you will be looking to make your first move out of practice. You will have a proven record of leading a team as well as possessing strong communication skills. You will be organised and have the ability to respond to business, legislation and regulation changes.
