Finance Performance Manager, London, up to £70k plus benefits.

Cracking broad finance role with lots of ownership and autonomy in a fast growing VC backed technology start up.

The FD needs a strong no 2 to do:

• Lead on all Management Accounts duties for the UK business
• Consolidate the US and UK Accounts to provide a Group perspective
• Lead on initiatives that will keep developing the teams people, systems and processes
• Support on new business integration
• Support on commercial finance challenges in partnership with the FD
• Leading an offshore BPO Partner and eventually the Finance team in US

With consistent growth since 2014 revenue is planned to double again by 2020. The business has two Founders and is VC backed. The HQ is based in central London, with US hubs in Las Vegas, LA and Toronto.
