Due to expansion plans/business growth, an entrepreneurial SME service business (number 1 in its market) is currently recruiting for an Ambitious Operational Business Partner. This is a very hands on role and core duties will include management reporting, project work and extensive operational involvement. Reporting to the Managing Director and Operations Director, the successful candidate will needs to 'hit the ground running', and be used to interacting with/challenging operational teams. In return you will receive an excellent remuneration package, have strong career prospects and have the opportunity to 'add value' and actually make a difference in a supportive team environment. Key skills required include:-
* Excellent communication. listening and organizational skills,
* Experience of interacting with operational teams (gravitas and build trust) and have the ability to spot/recognise ideas
* Multi site experience would be ideal but not essential
