A world leading company are currently recruiting for a Finance Manager to join their Banbury office.

Your new role
Working as a Finance Manager you will control aspects of the Finance function ensuring accurate and timely reporting to internal Stakeholders. This will include but not restricted to preparation of weekly accounts and KPIs, completion of month end accounts, preparing budgets, forecasts and targets to identify trends and variances, management of site Finance functions and development of the wider finance team as well as supporting the Financial Controller / Commercial teams.

What you'll need to succeed
You need to be an experienced Finance Manager with a proven track record in a similar level role with excellent knowledge of accounting processes, previous people management experience and the ability to influence key decision makers at all levels. It is highly desirable that you have working knowledge of Oracle and knowledge of transport finances.
