Finance Business Partner

The digital team of a well-known Basingstoke business is looking for a Finance Business Partner to join them for a full-time, permanent role. The successful Business Partner will play a key role in influencing decisions and shaping the direction of the digital team.

Responsibilities of your new role

The key duties of your new role as Finance Business Partner will include:

• The production of insightful reporting that combines operational and finance performance metrics to provide meaningful analysis
• Coordination and preparation of management accounts, annual budget and rolling forecast, regulatory and financial reporting requirements
• Working with the wider finance team to improve and develop accounting processes, systems and controls
• Taking a proactive role in effectively supporting your population
• Working closely with non-finance and attending project meetings

Candidate requirements

To be successful in your application to this Finance Business Partnering role you should demonstrate:

• ACCA, CIMA or ACA qualification
• Intelligence and ambition with confident communication skills
• A strong analytical and business partnering background
• Influencing skills and enjoyment working with a range of stakeholders
• Previous experience of Digital / Agile working methods, including Jira, is desirable

Salary

The successful Business Partner will be offered £55,000 - £70,000 per annum, dependent on experience, plus a fantastic benefits package.
