Our client, a global company, are looking for a Finance Manager to join their team on an initial 3 month basis. The role, based in West London, will report into the Financial Controller and the repsonsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Provide consolidated divisional view of monthly results to FD
- Key point of contact for group, business, and outsourcer for any divisional management reporting related queries
- Responsible for managing a team of Finance Analysts, providing coaching, support and technical expertise where necessary
- Primary contact for FD on performance to date, and consolidated regional view of results
- Driving continuous process improvement via the outsourcer
- Be a key contact for to provide feedback and recommendations to outsourcer on processes
- Provide the business review of regional performance to FD and Group Finance
- Manage a team of 6
The successful candidate will:
- Have strong team management experience
- Be an experienced finance manager/controller
- SAP experience is desireable
