A creative, dynamic and pioneering property company based in the heart Central London require a part qualified Management Accountant to join their vibrant finance team. This role will suit any individual looking to progress and gain commercial exposure in their accounting career.
Role Responsibilities -
- Reconciling the Balance Sheet on a monthly basis
- Preparing monthly accruals and posting monthly prepayments
- Responsible for monthly depreciation costs
- Quarterly VAT returns
- Assisting with the production of monthly management accounts
- Assisting with the production of statutory accounts
- Analysis and processing of credit card payments
- Analysis of utility costs
- Petty cash management and reconciliations
- Managing of outstanding debts
- Preparing analysis on business rates
- Other ad hoc duties as and when required
Candidate Requirements -
- 2 years experience within an a finance team
- Previous exposure to balance sheet reconciliations is preferred
- Property industry experience is advantageous however not essential
- Outgoing, sociable and confident communicator
- Part qualified ACCA/CIMA (or equivalent)
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Forward thinking individual
