Investigo have partnered with a growing FMCG business based in Watford, to recruit for a senior credit control administrator a full-time basis. This would be a great opportunity for someone who has a range of experience within credit control and administration. The salary will be between £26-£28k depending on experience.
Key duties as the senior credit control administrator; -
- You will be responsible for the management of one part time credit controller
- Allocating all cash to invoices
- Customer account reconciliations
- Management of rebates deducted
- Issuing customer statements
- Reconciliation of the cash book
- Age dept view
- Other ad hoc credit control duties when needed
Key skills; -
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Good excel skills- including v-look ups and pivot tables
- High attention to detail
- To be able to manage and support one member of staff
- Organisation & management skills
