Group Financial Controller, PE-backed Business

Eton Bridge Partners is working in partnership with a private equity-owned business services company based near Uxbridge to find a Group Financial Controller.  Reporting to the Finance Director, who has recently promoted from the GFC role himself, you’ll be responsible for all elements of finance within the Group, which spans c. £200mn revenues globally.  With 21 different entities to account for you’ll be someone with strong international consolidation experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all company accounts and ensure appropriate accounting treatment followed
• Responsible for internal controls, including legal, statutory and tax requirements
• Create monthly management account pack for presentation through to the Board of Directors
• Manage cash flow with the Treasury manager ensuring adequate cash levels maintained on a week by week basis.
• Preparation of monthly consolidation across 7 subsidiaries and 14 associate interests for inclusion in the board pack, maintaining a close understanding of key account movements and understanding

Candidate profile:

• ACA qualified
• Must have a valid driving licence
• Ability to travel internationally, sometimes at short notice
• French/German speaker preferred, but not essential

Package: £80-90k base salary plus very good benefits
