We are delighted to be working exclusively with a fast-growing Manufacturing organisation based next to the borders of Essex and Cambridgeshire who are looking for a Interim Head of Finance to join their team.
Reporting directly into the Managing Director, you will be a part of the Senior Management team and have 4 direct reports. Main responsibilities of the role will include producing the monthly accounts, managing the cash flow, risk control, managing and developing the team as well as working with the SMT to grow the business formulating strategies and plans.
This senior position requires someone who is able to hit the ground running, be hands on and can commit to a 3-4 month interim position.
