Interim Finance Project Manager - 6-9 months - Full/Part Time

Pratap Partnership are exclusively recruiting for a large construction company in Doncaster who are looking to recruit for an Interim Finance Project Manager for 6-9 months

Overview of the role;

• Act as the Group’s project team which will ensure compliance with the changes to IR35 legislation which come into force in April 2020
• Attend Steering Group meetings and brief the business on legislative changes, potential impact on business and required actions
• Manage actions / activities / deadlines
• Work with Finance, HR and Procurement functions initially to conduct data analysis to determine the status of all workers engaged
• Identify and manage the implementation of solutions for all categories of off payroll staff
• Educate line managers on changes and implement new procedures to ensure future engagement of agency workers is compliant with new regulations for engaged workers via procurement
• Assist Finance Director with various other financial accounting projects across the business

Overview of expectations;

• Qualified/qualified by experience Accountant with a financial accounting/tax related background
• Experience of managing complex projects across diverse businesses
• Experience in developing and implementing policies and procedures
• Credible, engaging, communicator able to effectively train line managers in new procedures / ways of working
