CFO

Highly successful international PE Backed business services organization is seeking to recruit a CFO to guide them through their continued growth and success. The business is profitable and is looking for someone to take full control of the finance function as they look to continue this impressive period of growth and development, including a planned period of M&A, and with a view to an eventual exit.

Partnering the CEO as a key member of the board, you will be able to quickly assess areas of improvement in the business and capitalise on any opportunities to increase financial performance. The CFO will understand the importance of cash flow to the success of the business. You will play a leading role in driving the growth of the business both organically and through M&A.

You will be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACMA, ACCA), with proven experience as autonomous CFO in a PE Backed business. The ideal candidate will have successfully taken a buy & build PE-backed business through to a successful Exit in the past. International experience would be highly desirable whilst a strong background in acquisitions and their integration is essential.
