My client, a leading Technology agency is looking for a Financial Controller to join their growing business. Within the role you will take on a large project which is increasing their digital arm where you will be partnering with non-financial Directors. Other duties will consist of:
- Managing a team of 3 and their deliverables
- Prepare consolidations for month end reporting including posting consolidation journals
- Supporting the preparation of UK subsidiaries Management Accounts
- Assisting with the annual year-end audit
- Preparation of group financial and management accounts for month close, budget and forecasts
- Analysis for both a procurement and sales perspective, involving new products, new customers and reciprocals
- Production of monthly profit and loss statements
- Creation of new monthly reports to help assist cost management
- Tracking & analysis of marketing spend
- Monitoring profitability and margin analysis
- Key member of the team in aligning and improving operations
Successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a strong ability to deliver to deadlines and ambitious to develop their career.
Successful candidates will be an ACA/ACCA Qualified Accountant with 1-2 years of post-qualified ideally with previous line management experience.
