Commercial Finance Manager

Elevation Recruitment Group are currently partnering exclusively with a successful and well established manufacturing business in Sheffield as they seek to recruit a dynamic and interpersonally strong Commercial Finance Manager for their finance team.

This role will have an Assistant Accountant to over see and will report straight into the Financial Controller. The key purpose of this role will be to formulate, control and critique the financial performance of the firm and identify commercial areas of opportunity and growth.

Duties will include:

* Ownership of the monthly and weekly business profit reporting
* Understanding and challenge of commercial and procurement performance
* Preparation of business P&L, commercial and procurement budgets and forecasts
* Review of the commercial accruals
* Completion of monthly management accounts pack and submission to group
* Management of cost model
* Challenge budget holders on overhead spend
* Oversee weekly and monthly management reporting, ensuring timely and relevant completion
* Ad-hoc support on commercial and procurement scenario's and analysis

Elevation Accountancy & Finance would be keen to speak with candidates with the following skills and experiences:

* Full professional accounting qualification (CIMA/ ACCA/ ACA)

* Previous experience within a commercial facing role
