Our client is currently seeking a Finance Officer for an on-going temporary assignment in Canterbury. Reporting into the Finance Manager you will be responsible for supporting the development and maintenance of all financial controls within the operation. There is a high possibility of this role turning permanent for the right candidate.
Responsibilities:
• Purchase ledger – processing of invoices
• Complete payment runs
• Bank and payment reconciliations
• Sales ledger
• Ensure accuracy of VAT codes
• Support month end
• General ledger reconciliations
• Data extraction for financial reporting
Profile:
• Previous experience in an all-round Finance Officer role
• AAT studier/qualified would be desirable
• Ability to work within a fast-paced organisation
• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
On Offer:
Between £21000 and £23000 equivalent. To be considered for the role you must be available immediately or on short notice.
