Portfolio CFO

A well-known, highly active, lower-mid market private equity house is looking for a Portfolio CFO to provide strategic support and guidance for multiple software and Fintech SME businesses under their management. You will be mentoring the current Finance Directors, advising on the full cyclical process of private equity, including pre-deal, post-deal, value enhancement, M&A and growth.

You will be a consultant to the FD, looking at managing the flow of information to the PE house and board, advising on ‘best practice’ and guiding on strategic decisions for value enhancement.

You must have previously been an accomplished CFO who is now focusing purely on portfolio work; this includes leading and completing on both a deal and exit process yourself with PE. Ideally, a software or tech background with an accomplished career history.
