Finance Manager

Marks Sattin are delighted to announce that we are currently working with a well-known manufacturing organisation based in Woking, Surrey. This is to help the recruitment process for a Finance Manager to join this company on a permanent basis. Salary for this position is starting from £50,000 to £55,000, including other great benefits.

The Role:

This Finance Manager position will be reporting directly into the Finance Director and the senior leadership team of this organisation. You will take ownership of the finance function managing a team of six with further growth planned in this team. You will also be asked to drive all duties for the team including the commercial and technical aspects, reporting monthly, quarterly and yearly results. This is a great role where you can come in and put your own stamp on to the team, reviewing and then implementing process improvements and support the FD when needed.

The Profile:

The ideal candidate for this role would be a qualified accountant, ideally ACA coming out of the big four, but would look at other backgrounds as well. This candidate will also have excellent Excel skills, team management experience ideally and exposure to UK GAAP.
