The Consultancy Group are currently recruiting a Finance Director for a fast-growth International business based in the Northern Home Counties. The business is on rapid growth curve and a transformational journey and as such they are looking for a Finance Director to lead one of their fastest growing regions.
Duties include:
- Partnering with the divisional leadership team supporting commercial decision making and regional growth
- Providing leadership and direction to the Divisional Finance team
- Development of meaningful KPIs to reflect the business and support decision making
- Monthly controlling, reporting, budgeting and forecasting
- Preparation of forecasts and budgets
The successful candidate will be ACA Qualified with significant post-qualification experience. They will have proven experience in leading a Finance department ideally within an international matrix environment and manufacturing or FMCG business. The successful candidate will have the ability to build strategic working relationships and collaborate effectively, whilst being able to balance the need to focus on the big picture and be able to dive into the detail.
