About the role:

We have a very exciting opportunity for two Finance Manager's to come and join our Commercial team here at Shop Direct's Head Office in Speke, Liverpool.

Responsibilities:

• As Commercial Finance Manager you will be required to play an influential role in empowering the team to reach for greater efficiencies and improve profitability. This will mean that you will play a key role in driving Sales, Margin, PBT and EBITDA.
• The Commercial Finance Manager will hold budget responsibility for their area. As a result, you will be required to support planning, financial management, reporting and control of budgets.
• This role requires the successful individual to lead by example in implementing a true business partnering culture. You will work with the teams to help deliver the business plans, highlighting commercial challenges, concerns or opportunities

About You:

• Proven history of adding value through the provision of commercial support within an operational environment.
• Full ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualification.
• Advanced operational and financial modelling skills.
• Ability to build strong relationships and influence senior stakeholders.
• Ability to articulate complex data and information to operational colleagues
• Academically strong, highly numerate.
• Strong commercial acumen.
