Graduate Finance Modeller

A leading real estate business are looking to hire a Graduate Modelling Analyst. The job has arisen due to exceptional growth over the last 3 years. The position is based in Central London. The role is progressive and is tailor made for a dynamic and ambitious individual. Candidates must have strong academic pedigree.

The role:

• You could be working on a project in any of the areas of the business, modelling scenarios and performing cashflow analysis in order to identify the best commercial options - from new acquisitions, to optimising operations, to modelling financing opportunities to examining the best exit strategy.
• You could be collaborating with asset managers and finance to model Investment Committee cases from start to completion.
• You could be designing and creating Excel models to inform contractual negotiations with clients and their impact on the risk and the return of the company.
• You could be assisting in the preparation of forecasting and budget information and presenting your analysis to senior management and the board.
• You could find yourself learning programming languages and working with big data sets, coming up with new business insights.

My client will look at candidates who have just completed their education or have up to 12 months' experience. Candidates must have strong academic pedigree.

Requirements:

• Numerate or science based degree (chemistry, maths, physics, economics) from top university - must have achieved 2:1 or above.
• Must be a great communicator with a very analytical mindset
• Be a problem solver
