Interim Finance Business Partner

Your new company
Hays Senior Finance is currently working with an established, trusted and well known brand that is looking to recruit a Finance Business Partner on an interim basis for three to six months.

Your new role
The role of Finance Business Partner is a truly commercial position and the successful applicant will work with a variety of stakeholders across the business. Working as a trusted partner to the commercial team, you'll lead the provision of financial analysis and insight in order to drive decision making in line with company strategy. Your role will be varied and will involve modelling commercial opportunities and providing decision support, planning and forecasting, identifying risks and opportunities to commercial plans, and supporting the strategic planning process.

What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this role you will be a qualified accountant (ACA/CIMA/ACCA), with strong commercial acumen and proven business partnering skills. You'll be a credible and intelligent individual who has excellent communication skills and the proven ability to work with individuals at various levels in the business.
