Interim Financial Accountant

Multinational business in Chester is recruiting a financial accountant for a 12 month maternity cover job.

Your new role
Reporting into the financial controller you'll be responsible for day to day activities related to record to report, including external audit support, journal entry processing, reconciliations and internal reporting. Duties will include analysis and validating of transactions, monitoring month end related activities, balance sheet reconciliations, monthly KPI's and supporting testing of process and system upgrades.

What you'll need to succeed
You'll be an accountant with excellent IT skills, experienced operating in a team environment working on multiple tasks in changing priorities.

What you'll get in return
12 month contract with potential for an extension or to become permanent.
