Corporate Finance Manager / Senior Manager

An exciting opportunity to join the fast growing Corporate Finance team of an entrepreneurial and mid-market focused Independent Consultancy.

As an experienced Transaction Services Manager or Senior Manager you will work closely with the lead Partner in all aspects of work ranging from origination and business development to the management of a varied range of financial due diligence projects.

The successful candidate is likely to be ACA or ACCA qualified with dedicated financial due diligence and transaction services experience gained with a Top 20 Accountancy practice or equivalent.

Proven technical accounting and modelling experience should be complimented by first class report writing, communication and client handling skills and the commercial awareness to be able to talk with entrepreneurial business owners about key issues and opportunities.

The typical deal range will be c£5-50m across sectors and often working closely with Private Equity investors as well as OMB / SME businesses across London and the South east.

There is considerable scope for progression and career development as the team has ambitious growth plans.
