Your New Company

Your new company is one of the world's fastest growing Healthcare Technology businesses. The Finance Director was hired into the business in a Finance Manager capacity circa 4 years ago, straight out of Practice and is looking to bring in a similar hire to when he first started to replicate that growth and development.

They are a lean, transactional team in finance, and so you will have lots of exposure to C-Suite and other key areas of the business. This is a business that is going places, and looking for the sort of person that wants to be a part of that, rather than needing process & control and definitive ways of working set up; you will be a driving force in ensuring the business gets there.


Your New Role

In your new role, you will be working in a fast moving, high growth environment that is going through a period of change currently. As the Finance Manager, you will work closely with the FD and other key positions in the business to play a critical role in the development over the coming years.

The lean team that is in place in finance means that you will need to be prepared to roll your sleeves up as well as deal with the bigger picture strategic issues. You will also have 1 direct report, and be responsible for the development of that person who is part-Qualified, and so isn't yet the finished article, though you should recognise that you probably wont be either!

The business is still in early stages and so you will look to establish and maintain strong financial controls - both appropriate for the business now and evolving with the business as it scales. You will also support the FD in overseeing capital allocation, liaising with business heads to determine forecasting and support strategic plans to ensure optimal utilisation of financial resources.


What You Will Need to Be Successful

• Fully Qualified accountant from a recognised accounting firm, or graduate scheme
• Ideally 2-4 yEARS' PQE
• Experience working with TMT clients would be ideal
