FP&A Analyst

The FP&A Analyst will be responsible for providing robust financial and sales analysis to finance teams and business managers to make effective commercial decisions. The role also has responsibilities for supporting the FP&A Manager and Head of Commercial Finance's overall view of forecasted performance for business divisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support senior stakeholders to develop long range plans, forecasts, business cases and ad hoc analysis
• Provide insightful analysis and quality forecasting information will feed into the strategic planning and decision-making process
• Interpret financial information and analysis, supporting effective management decisions using benchmarking, trends and other planning and forecasting methods
• Identify and implement process improvements and best practice ways of working across the FP&A team and finance function
• Support the FP&A Manager to produce ad hoc and routine analysis to a high standard, including recommendations and understanding of business objectives

Key Requirements:

• Qualified CIMA, ACA, or ACCA, with industry experience within an FP&A capacity
• Proficiency in Excel and advanced modelling skills
• Experience of forecasting, reporting and consolidations in a complex multinational, multi-currency business preferable
• Strong numerical and analytical skills reflecting an ability to manipulate and interpret data
• A strong working knowledge of SAP is preferable
