Group Accountant

Partner Financial are working with an international PE backed consumer business based in Central London. The business is looking for a Group Accountant to support the monthly financial and management accounting process.

This role has arisen due to the firm’s excellent growth and there is a real opportunity to make this role your own as you establish yourself at the firm. The company have built a very high performing team with an inclusive and collegiate environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Preparing the UK subsidiary and group consolidated statutory accounts
• Compiling the Group financial and management accounts for the monthly close, budgets and forecasts
• Supporting the collation and preparation of quarterly regulatory information
• Developing and implementing a process to collate data for the month end reporting
• Analysing and reconciling global intercompany balances
• Managing the recharges between the Group entities
• Identifying and improving group wide controls, systems and processes
• Assisting with the annual year end audit and liaising with the auditors

The ideal candidate will have:

• ACA Qualified, with experience in a group environment
• Gravitas with senior stakeholders
• Ability to build internal and external relationships
• Innovative and inquisitive
