Part-Time Finance Director

Eton Bridge Partners is working in partnership with a growing private equity owned FMCG company based in Central London to fulfil a newly created Part-Time Finance Director role. Business Partnering the Managing Director, you’ll be responsible for leading the strategic direction for the UK division, as well as owning all aspects of Finance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Key member of the SLT alongside the Managing Director and Marketing Director, leading the commercial, financial and strategic agenda to achieve growth targets
• Ownership of building business cases, carrying out end to end reviews, scenario planning and portfolio management
• Manage the relationship and present to the investors
• Work with the outsourced Finance team to drive reporting improvements through identifying problems and instigating change to fix them
• Ensure all areas of finance, including budget and month end packs are completed in an accurate and timely manner
• Engage the team in the numbers and ensure full transparency with the investors

Candidate profile:

• Qualified Accountant
• Experience within a UK FMCG or Retail environment
• A great communicator, confident in delivery and able to withstand rigorous questioning from investors
• A true team player, able to engage and inspire others, with a willingness to get involved and contribute at meetings and social events
• Happy working in a small office environment with a casual dress code

Package: £100-120k pro rata base salary plus benefits
