The Consultancy Group are currently recruiting for a Finance Analyst on a 6 month temporary assignment.
The Role:
- Managing monthly commissions process
- Running project to automate commission calculation
- Business partnering with Sales and Sales Ops
- Performance reporting
- Participation in the annual planning cycle and monthly forecasting
- Support Head of FP&A on non-UK/rest of EMEA related projects
- Design business case model for new hires
- Develop new dashboards for Operations department
- Build out dashboards and migrate data
- Improve reporting (f operating expenses, headcount, Intercompany transactions, revenue by platform)
- Mapping processes and writing manuals
Personal Profile:
- Part Qualified/finalist ACCA or CIMA or equivalent
- Business partnering skills (primarily with Sales teams)
- Analytical skills and creative thinking
- Ability to pull data together from multiple data sources, validate it and to present it in an easy to understand manner
- Some experience working with BI or reporting tools
- Ability to work in a fast changing environment
