Interim Management Accountant/ Finance Manager
6 months interim role
£250 - £275 per day

Join this fantastic business who are thriving and are looking to bring on board a Management Accountant in to their Finance team. As this position has been created due to growth, they are looking recruit a Management Accountant/Finance Manager on a 6 months basis and are looking for someone to start ASAP.
Responsibilities:
- Calculating, reviewing and posting month end costs to the P&L
- Managing a team of 3 accountants
- Production of monthly KPI packs that include P&L variance analysis and commentary
- Balance sheet reconciliations, review and sign off
- Support the preparation of annual budgets
- Support the cash flow reporting and forecasting cycle including populating daily actuals
- Preparation of month end financial dashboard slides
- Take accountability for resolving system issues and progressing process improvements
- Cost centre reporting which includes developing and maintaining good relationships with cost
- Act as a finance business partner to support the wider business
- Ad hoc project work including systems projects.
Skills and experience required:
- CIMA, ACA or ACCA qualified accountant
- Strong management accounting experience
- The role will suit someone who is looking to work in a dynamic, fast paced finance team
- Confident with MS Excel and learning new systems
- Team management experience
- Strong communicator as they act as a business partner.
