Interim Project Accountant

Property business in Warrington is recruiting an interim accountant for 6 months.

Your new role
Reporting into and working closely with the Financial Controller, this is an accounting contract to help deliver specific projects over the next 6 months. You'll identify all current funds, ensure they're correctly accounted for and provide analysis for inclusion within the statutory accounts. You'll develop and agree an accounting process for the investment of site funds, and document the monthly process of posting and reconciliation. You'll also identify all statement of financial activities surpluses for sites and reconcile the balance sheets.

What you'll need to succeed
ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified accountant with strong balance sheet and analysis skills.

What you'll get in return
Initial 6 month contract with potential for an extension.
