An outstanding opportunity has arisen for a Qualified Accountant to join a leading manufacturing group as a Consolidation Specialist. This is a permanent, full time role based in Kenilworth.
The Role
As the regional Consolidation Specialist, you will be responsible for augmenting the reporting function into the operational and corporate management team.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Ensuring that inter-profit balances for the region are reconciled within month-end time frames
- Preparing management reporting packs for analytical review
- Quarterly and year-end supplementary reporting submission for the corporate team and external auditors
- Reviewing and monitoring of regional policies and controls to maintain quality and accuracy of information
Candidate Profile
The ideal Consolidation Manager is likely to have the following attributes:
- ACCA Qualified Accountant
- Experience in a Consolidation Specialist role
- A strong knowledge of SAP
- A real focus on high quality corporate reporting and financial analytics
- The ability to communicate across all areas of the business
- A proven track record of intra profit reconciliation and consolidation within a large manufacturing organisation
- Experience of continuous improvement processes
