Finance Manager

Pratap Partnership is delighted to be working with a growing SME in Huddersfield as they look for a Finance Manager. This is a hugely profitable business with ambitious plans and is looking for someone experienced that can come into the business, work with the Finance Director and assist in implementing new systems and processes.

The business has undergone some change in the last few months and this is an opportunity to really come in and make your mark,

The duties will include:

• VAT returns
• Management accounts for the business including budgeting, forecasting and preparing accounts
• Implementing processes and procedures and implementing a new Sage accounts system.
• Staff payroll
• Bank reconciliations
• Monitoring cashflow and maintaining accurate ledgers.

You will be a qualified by experience accountant who has worked in an SME and understands being "hands on".  This role will report to a strong Finance Director who is happy to give guidance and support when required but who also needs a true self starter with excellent communication skills.
