Your new role will lead the division as well as work with Senior Management across the rest of the company with this position being a key member of the organisation, reporting into and working closely with the Managing Director, ensuring that commercial / operational and financial targets are achieved in order to deliver the overall Budget and strategic plans. Engaging with and influencing senior managers to achieve strong financial assurance, drive appropriate project financial decisions and challenge overall performance to improve results.


What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this role you will need you will ideally have experience in a similar role as Financial Controller/Finance Director as both levels of experience will be taken into consideration, with the salary reflecting the experience. You will have a high level of initiative, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Furthermore you ideally will be;

• Qualified ACA, ACCA, CIMA accountant
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, commercial awareness
• Management accounting and reporting - delivering accurate and insightful information
• Knowledge of accounting standards
• Construction/Contract experience
