Corporate Recovery Senior Manager

Our client is a successfully growing Independent Consultancy that provides a full range of Corporate Recovery, Restructuring and Corporate Finance services to Mid-Market businesses.

They are currently looking to recruit an ACA / ACCA or JIEB qualified Manager or Senior Manager with proven Business Recovery experience to work in in a varied and challenging role across both formal and advisory assignments.

Advisory work will range from business reviews, options analysis and contingency planning to accelerated M&A, distressed Investment appraisal and due diligence.

Formal work will include trading administrations, pre-packs, administrations, CVAs, CVLs and some MVLs

In addition to proven Corporate Insolvency and case management experience you will also have excellent communication and report writing skills and the ability to talk with business owners about commercial issues.
