THE COMPANY
Brewster Partners is recruiting a Financial Controller for a highly successful manufacturing company with a worldwide client base.
THE ROLE
Reporting to the Finance Director, you will have overall managerial responsibility for the day to day financial control of the site, managing a small team.
Duties include
- Responsible for reporting all of the site's financial performance including all relevant KPIs, liaising with finance and the wider operations teams
- Maintenance and development of the costing system
- Production of budgets and regular cash flow forecasting
- Reporting and analysis of significant variances against budget and forecasts
- Ongoing development and improvement of all aspects of site performance
- Contribute to financial strategy and decision making
- Continuous improvement of internal controls and procedures
THE PERSON
Ideally you will be fully qualified (CIMA, ACCA, ACA) with proven experience gained in a manufacturing environment. Able to challenge the status quo in a positive and collaborative manner. Excellent IT skills are essential.
