Based in Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire, our client is an exciting company looking for a qualified accountant (ACA, CIMA or ACCA) or an exceptional part qualified accountant, to join their team as a Management Accountant on a temporary basis.

This job would suit an experienced and proactive self-starter who has had experience dealing with a variety of roles within finance.

This company is a growing and reputable business providing their service across Buckinghamshire.

The successful individual will have proven experience working within a fast-paced medium sized company, leading a small finance team. It is essential the candidate has had full exposure to all core finance functions within a medium size business. Great attention to detail and excellent communication skills are vital and the candidate must be able to work effectively to deadlines

Duties will include:

• Sales Ledger/Credit Control
• Purchase Ledger
• Payroll & related regulatory reporting, filing and compliance
• Management and forecasting of cashflow
• Preparation and production of accurate monthly management accounts
• Budget Preparation
• Successfully manage, lead & motivate a small team
• Reporting to the board
