FP & A Manager

International Market Leading Hi-Tech company require FP & A Manager to head up a dynamic & driven team at the EMEA Head Office in Richmond. Reporting to the EMEA Finance Director the FP & A Manager will lead the FP & A Team across the entire EMEA Region.

About you

• You will be ACCA/CIMA/ACA or MBA Qualified with a proven track record as FP & A Manager with team management responsibility.
• In addition, you will have a proven track record within FP & A ideally within the Technology or FMCG Sector.
• The successful applicant will possess superb communication skills and the ability to work in a fast paced, high pressure environment.

About the role

Reporting to the EMEA Finance Director the FP & A Manager will manage current and proposed Financial Planning and recommend action to improve profitability.

The role will require effective leadership and the ability to coordinate cross function teams across the EMEA Region. Key duties include:

• Responsibility for analysis and evaluation of company financial performance
• Coordinate Financial Reporting & planning for specific projects/business units
• Key involvement in the annual EMEA operating budget and business plan
• Developing financial models to develop customer, product and pricing strategy
• Reporting on ROI across the EMEA Region
• Ownership of the Annual and rolling 3-year plan
• Provide strategic insights into business performance and opportunities
• Business partner with leadership team to develop and monitor performance KPIs
• Key involvement to drive improved financial systems and reporting
