Our client, a large media company, require a financial controller to join their team on an interim basis. The role, reporting into the International Controller, will help with some project work as well as the regular responsibilities:
- Assist in the relocation of finance roles from international locations into London
- Perform month end process ensuring all journals are recorded accurately and completely
- Reconciliation of Balance Sheet accounts ensuring all reconciling items are recorded in a timely fashion
- Review of Balance Sheet reconciliations produced by direct reports
- Preparation of all Statutory Reporting for the business
The successful candidate will:
- Be a qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA or Equivalent)
- Have demonstrable experience of relocating finance roles
- Have proven financial accounting experience
- Have advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Netsuite experience is an added bonus
