A market leading and rapidly expanding financial services organisation is currently looking to recruit a Business Analyst experienced in using the Intelligent Office system. Based in the heart of Liverpool's Commercial District, you will be responsible for maintaining, enhancing and implementing changes to the IO system, whilst identifying system functionality and working with key stakeholders to continue driving company wide efficiency.

For you to be considered for this fantastic opportunity, you will already possess a strong working background within the financial services industry with an understanding of FCA regulation. You will have a strong knowledge of Intelligent Office and related operational processes, as well as exceptional analytical and organisational skills.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the company in ensuring IO functionality for operational processes are fully utilised for current and future requirements
  • Working closely with senior management to ensure IO is being used consistently and accurately across the business
  • Identifying opportunities to improve IO business processes
  • Monitoring data/MI to identify any discrepancies and provide training as required
  • Acting as the subject matter expert in relation to IO operational processes, providing advice and technical support to others when needed
